Full property configuration — owner name, commission rates, cleaning fees, billing type and platform settings. VAT is applied on top of platform commissions (incl. BTF). "VAT on commission" and "VAT on cleaning fee" are independent ticks — some owners are charged VAT on Peak's commission but not on the cleaning fee, since that's kept by Peak rather than paid out.
